Shipping Policy
Ballistic processes orders Monday thru Friday,
excluding holidays. Once payment for your order has been verified, your
order will begin processing. For orders placed up until 11PM EST, all in-stock items will ship the next business
day. This applies to all shipping methods. When your order is shipped,
we will email you a tracking number, if available from the shipper.
We do not ship partial orders. If an item is back-ordered and you
wish to receive a partial shipment, please contact customerservice@goballisticcase.com
Our shipping carrier only delivers Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
There are no weekend deliveries.
All orders placed to PO Boxes or APO/FPO’s
will be delivered using USPS. All orders
delivered within the State of Florida are subject to sales tax.
International Shipping: For international shipments, the recipient is
responsible for all Customs Duties and Taxes levied by the country of
destination. Ballistic does not guarantee delivery
to, or process orders from, some countries. We apologize for any
inconvenience. Ballistic does not ship to the
following countries: Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Mongolia,
Nigeria, North Korea, Philippines, Russia, and Vietnam. This list may be
adjusted at any time. Ballistic reserves the right
to reject any order if fraudulent activity is suspected and, in that
case, Ballistic’s sole responsibility is to credit any payments received. If

If an order is returned due to incorrect, missing address
information, or any issues related to customs or importing, shipping
fees are non-refundable.
