If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return unopened products for a replacement or refund of the purchase price provided when the following conditions are met:
Product subject to a return request must have been purchased directly from www.goballisticcase.com
You may return any product(s) for any reason within the first thirty (30) days from the date of original purchase. Any orders returned and received after 30 days from the delivery date are subject to exchange only. If your return is approved, Ballistic will issue an authorized RMA #.
All return requests must be accompanied by a valid order confirmation number from Ballistic.
All returns must include an authorized RMA# on the shipping label. Return packages without an authorized RMA# will be returned to the sender.
All returns must be post-marked within 30 days of issuance of the RMA#.
Customer is responsible for all cost associated with the return of the product to Ballistic.
Returned products must be unopened and in like-new, resalable condition including all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Shipping charges are non-refundable
If you would like to request a return or exchange of an item, please email directly to email@example.com. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). If approved, you will receive an email from a Ballistic Team member with your RMA# and further instructions on how to complete your request.
Ballistic is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We recommend you insure all returns.
If your product is defective, please contact our customer service number at: firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will be glad to help you.
Ballistic cannot accept returns of products purchased through a reseller or distributor.
